Caro Campo, La 1ª festa dei pioppi. Dedicated to Alberto and Arneo, kings of the plains. The event, conceived as a sagra, is a unique artwork exhibited for the first time in Campogalliano in via Barchetta 71 where the field was and now is no more. La 1ª festa dei pioppi is a radical moment to celebrate the history - human, artistic, environmental - of this land, Emilia. From December 2019 to April 2021, artist Luca Boffi (Alberonero) lived in symbiosis with a field of two hundred and ninety poplars until they were cut down. Antonietta Elia, Matteo Paba, Francesco Tosini and Jacopo Valentini accompanied and told the story of that field in their own way. This exhibition was born in December 2019 and is the result of many collaborations, friendships, achievements and useless actions. With the participation of Oscar Clò, poems and nursery rhymes, the Musicanti dla Basa, folk music and traditional songs. With site-specific live performances by Edoardo Caimi, Riccardo La Foresta, kNN and Antonina Nowacka.
